​​KMB, which stands for Kasereka's Mission for assisting Businesses, is a concept used by Ade Kasereka B. Vickya for twofold reason:

- To help share or publicise the banking and finance knowledge, skills, and experiences he has possessed through his academic and     professional learnings.

- To help businesses and contribute to their success by applying the same knowledge, skills, and experiences to manage their finances   in efficient and effective way. 

 

Mr. Ade Kasereka is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (ALIBF) and a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) with skills in undertaking financial analysis of both a corporation and bank using a wide range of ratios to analyse their past performance, current conditions, then forecasting their prospects by building a financial model that include assumptions, drivers, schedules, and 3statements, along with scenario and sensitive analyses. Then, conducting their business valuation using DCF, Comps trading and precedent transactions techniques. Also analysing and building debt, M&A and LBO models. Excited to bring my banking and finance acumen to the attention of the world through this digital platform.
